Selling:

E & D Ventures, LLC will act on your behalf to assist you in the sale of your mobile game theater.  Sellers are responsible for the accurate listing of all information, including defects, necessary repairs and non-functioning items or systems.

E & D Ventures, LLC shall not be held liable for any inaccuracy or inconsistency in any used equipment listing except for any used equipment specifically owned and sold by us.

E & D Ventures, LLC shall collect a fee of $5,000 (non-negotiable) for any sale that results directly from our introduction of a buyer to you, the seller.   Buyer information shall be forwarded to the seller by email.  Buyer and seller will confirm with E & D Ventures, LLC after sale of equipment is final.

Seller will notify E & D Ventures, LLC when any listing is no longer valid due to sale, change in circumstance, etc.

Financing: We have a list of contacts for financing and can facilitate the sale. If you use our lender on an outside sale (we did not find for you) there will be a $2,000 broker’s fee to the Buyer. If the Buyer chooses to purchase our training program, that fee will be waived.

Buying:

E & D Ventures, LLC will act as a liaison between sellers and buyers for any equipment being sold by sellers other than us.  We will provide buyers with as much information as possible, including answers to specific questions, additional photos, etc.  Once buyer has serious interest in pursuing a sale, we will contact the seller and forward buyer’s information.  Buyer and seller will advise E & D Ventures, LLC as to the final outcome of the transaction. (E & D Ventures, LLC charges a consignment fee for any sale made for outside sellers through this web site.)

E & D Ventures, LLC can provide only the information provided to us by outside sellers.  Therefore, E & D Ventures, LLC shall not be held liable for any inaccuracy or inconsistency in the listing of outside sellers’ equipment. We will make every effort to ensure that listings have accurate and pertinent information, but buyers are charged with investigating information and inspecting any used equipment before completing purchase.

E & D Ventures, LLC offers buyers of any equipment, whether for sale by us or outside sellers, business training packages that may or may not include hands-on training, web design, social media outreach and more. We would be glad to discuss cost options for training and business guidance at any time.
